Appraiser Comments: According to its serial number this machine dates from 1904, and is one of 791,500 made by Singer that year at their Elizabeth, New Jersey plant. Because of the huge numbers produced, these treadle machines still exist in great numbers and are not considered rare. For this reason values remain rather modest for them.
